Hello. My name is, as you can probably guess, Norm Nadeau. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. My license number is 01158722. I want to welcome you to NormNadeauRealty.com, a Web Site I have created to help serve my clients. It is my goal, as a Real Estate professional, to provide the best possible level of service to all of my clients all of the time. That goal is carried on to this Web Site. It is my intention to provide, via this Web Site, as much of the information as possible to help you make a Real Estate decision.

As a Real Estate professional, I take great pride in the level of service I provide my clients. I have a strong background in providing quality service. In my first career, I worked for the IBM Corporation, in the Service Division. During my 34 years with IBM, I received countless commendations for the quality of service I provided. I learned in that great company, what Quality Service really means. After retiring from IBM, I applied for and received my Real Estate Salesperson license, here in California. After 12 years of working in the Real Estate profession, I applied for and received my Real Estate Broker's license. After receiving my Broker's license, I started this company.

It is my belief that the Real Estate market has changed drastically in the past few years. Buyers (and Sellers) of Real Estate today look at the market place in a totally new way. They don't just look at newspaper and magazine ads, nor do they depend completely on a friend or acquaintance in the Real Estate office. Rather, they study the Real Estate market over the Internet! Recent studies conducted by the National Association of Realtors indicate that almost 90% of potential Real Estate buyers start their searching for property over the Internet. By the time they are close to making a purchase decision, they are remarkably well informed. They have learned to use the Internet to do their marketing! And so, Norm Nadeau Realty concentrates its marketing on the Internet!

Norm Nadeau Realty starts its marketing effort by creating a Web Site that is highly useful to the Real Estate buyer or seller. The Web Site provides useful tools and information to the client. It remains user friendly, making it easy to use. And it provides access to the latest Real Estate information in the area it serves. Access to the Web Site is marketed through various service companies, such as Google. Clients who have asked us to sell their property will find that we have created a Web Site unique to their property. That Web Site features many pictures of their property, as well as all the information pertinent to the property. That Web Site is made available to all users of the Multiple Listing System as a direct link. That Web Site is also featured on the company Web Site.
